These Demitasse I Love Mom Earrings start with a vintage demitasse spoon bowl. You have a choice of leaving the demitasse spoon in it's original configuration, or flattening and if you like, add a hammered texture to the flattened spoon. From there, choose your ear attachment type and material. Then scroll to the bottom and select your choice of Love Charms and Birthstone colored beads and if you like, Vintage Silverware Components to match your I Love Mom necklace or bracelet.
Please keep the following in mind when you choose your preferred finish.
The original finish will be the a silvery finish with no patina. It may include areas of minor wear that show the underlying material (e.g.copper).
The Patina finish is a chemical process that creates a typically darker antiqued finish. The advantage of a patina finish is that it fills in the area around the design while leaving the rest of the bracelet shiny, which shows off the design.
Items are handmade to order, thus are not eligible for rush shipping. We strive to complete and mail each customized item within a few days.
Sterling items typically take a bit longer as we do not keep a large stock, and may need to acquire material. Typically it only takes only a few days extra. However, depending on available supplies, the number of outstanding orders, and other factors it may take longer.

During the cutting and bending process of silver plated spoons, the underlying metal which may contain copper, nickle or other base metals may be exposed. If you have specific metal allergies, please request the stainless steel or sterling silver options.
Hypoallergenic earring findings are sterling silver plated brass.
Unless otherwise noted, charms are made of lead and nickel free alloy, resin or glass.
