Owl Ring

This ring has a gorgeous iridescent rainbow blue patina, with gold highlights. The patina process is a faster, somewhat controlled version of the natural oxidizing process, resulting in vibrant colors. A thin layer of the patina forms on the surface of the metal giving it a rainbow effect. While we use a protective sealant which significantly slows down the natural oxidation process, we cannot completely stop this natural progression.

Care must be taken not to inadvertently remove sealant and beautiful patina. Do not clean your jewelry with any chemical or abrasive cleaners, or even silver polish as these items will remove the sealer, and patina. Instead, lightly buff your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth to return it to its natural luster

While this item is pre-made and ready to ship. It may take an extra business day to adjust it to your size and add additional sealant if necessary. 

During the cutting and bending process of silver plated spoons, the underlying metal which may contain copper, nickl lor other base metals may be exposed. If you have specific metal allergies, please request the stainless steel or sterling silver options.

If you would like to use your own silverware for this item, prior approval is required before ordering. While we often use customer provided silverware you must still get approval, as a few types of silverware do not bend well for some jewelry products. Please fill out the Personal Silverware Use Approval Form. Once approved, we will provide you with shipping information and an approval code, to use in your order.

Also, depending on the pattern and needs, we are sometimes willing to trade your silverware for jewelry. By trading for excess silverware, the cost of your jewelry could be free. Please contact us for more details.
